What it cannot do is a heat-loss calculation from five questions. Ductwork condition, electrical capacity, venting runs and chimney liners all move the final number, which is why we confirm everything at a free in-home assessment before anything is ordered.
No. You see all three packages, monthly payments and estimated rebates as soon as you finish the questions. Booking an assessment is a separate step, and it is entirely up to you.
The address lets us confirm which rebate programs apply and whether you are inside our service area. The phone number is how we send your estimate and confirm an appointment time. We ask you to type the number rather than autofill it because a wrong digit is the single most common reason a homeowner never hears back.
Installed. Every number includes the equipment, licensed TSSA-certified installation, removal and disposal of your old system, refrigerant and line connections, electrical, drain work, gas piping and venting where applicable, startup and commissioning, full system testing, the thermostat and warranty registration. Prices are before rebates, and HST is extra.
Ontario's Home Renovation Savings Program is the main one — roughly $1,250 per ton for a cold-climate heat pump up to $7,500, or about $500 per ton on a hybrid setup, plus around $100 for a smart thermostat. Your actual rate, term and payment are set by the lender when you are approved, so treat the monthly figure as a planning number, not an offer.
